Without notice, you can spend many years being subconsciously envious of others.

You need to have a sense of knowing who you are. After all, living in comparison can often lead to misery and self-hatred.

Those feelings of misery were the worst because you can miss out on the blessings around you.

Thankfully, you can recognize your struggle with comparison and start healing with self-awareness.

That way, you can enjoy your uniqueness instead of fighting it.

Coming out of that cocoon is freeing in more ways than one. So, take time to exercise some self-awareness, even just a few minutes.

That way, you can see what’s really happening in your mind.

2. Limit Negative Social Influences

When it comes to mental health, you need to always choose yourself.

So, when it comes to personal connections, you must ask yourself what’s more important.

Is wasting time snooping on someone else’s life important?

Is their presence hindering or contributing to your being unsure about yourself?

Get this: clearing the social clutter can get in the way of loving yourself.

Take a moment to breathe and think about this. You need a strong mind and think about your dear self.

If being around a certain group of people breeds jealousy, it may be time to cut those connections for your peace of mind.
